Things to do in Tully
Whether you are staying with us for a day or a week, there is a lot to see in the general area, and don't forget Tully.
1. Visit the Tully Sugar Mill during the crushing season ( June till November ) and bookings can be made at Djarawong Bed and Brekky or the Tully Visitor Information Centre.
2. Visit the amazing Heritage Centre located within the VIC at Tully and learn all about the model of OLD TULLY MILL
3. Visit Tully's Golden Gumboot and walk to the top and take some great shots of the mill and the township.
4. Go for a swim at Alligators Nest (no alligators here though) and have a delightful picnic under the trees, its only a few kilometres from Djarawong Bed and Breakfast.
5. Take a scenic drive up to Tully Gorge, have a swim, picnic and the camping area and at 1.00pm watch the amazing sight of the White Water Rafters as they negotiate the rapids.
